Lightbulb hood quick lift, prop rod delete

Wondering if anyone makes this for our cars yet because I found this company but they are still in the process of making them for our cars... I had one of these on my old mr2 before, and man it shure helps out alot!.. the damn prop rod would always fall when I was wrenching on my ride.

Nice. I hate prop rods. Hopefully they will make the kit in the Plus level for the G35 (I like the all black). Send out another shout when they are avaliable.

Tein makes them for the 350Z, so you need to modify some of the supports.

Top Secret makes ones specifically for the G35, but it's quite pricey.

i had Top Secret ones on order since September 05 - ended up canceling the order in January 06 - they still haven't even come into the US distributer from TS...

Tein does make them, but they require slight modifications - there is a thread dedicated to this whole issue:

Talked to Chad at Riverside Infiniti and asked about a group buy on the Tein hood dampers. He checked with his contact at Tein and said they are working on a version for our G's to be released in the very near future. How much interest is there in this product at a price point around $100 shipped? I can't say for sure that this will be the price but Chad was guessing somewhere around there. Sounds pretty good considering we don't have to modify it like the model which fits the Z's.

As long as they are not an odd color I would buy. Black or silver is preferred.

They're Tein so I assume they'll be green. You could sand them down and polish or paint.
