This references the Z but am pretty sure the build dates are the same. I have copies at home of the G35 version - just know that my 04 Coupe build 2/04 wasn't affected...hopefully, from looking at what needs to be done, that's still true.

Yeah, I called and they said that it was only a couple of cars. Call them at 1-800-662-6200. and see if its your car. Make sure to have your vin# ready.

Wow, haven't got my notice yet, but my car's vin is in the range.

Guess I am going to Infiniti this week.

Do they provide free loaners for this type of service?

I took mine in for the shudder valve fix in the fuel tank and they did my recall without me bringing it to their attention. +1 for Infiniti of Memphis!

So, just don't drop it off. The chance of a fire actually happening is almost nil; the chance of them ****ing your car up (since it involves exhaust, suspension and drivetrain) is almost 100%....**** that.

Boy, that's a lot of work. Looks like the exhaust and whole rear end needs to be disassembled. They better not give me a hard time with my Borla exhaust. I don't see how the dealership can pull apart the clamps on the Borla and put it back together.

I took it in for some TSB's and they are doing the Recall as well without me telling them to... when I looked at the work description yesterday when I picked up my loaner, the Fuel Hose Recall was added to the description of issues... and to add to it my car stopped working, it won't start so I had it towed to Infiniti of Tacoma (but this is after I got my loaner car) ... I have an 03 coupe and I guess I was affected
