nah im ok with the sledge hammer lol...i hope they do total it who knows till the adjuster comes by.

ouch i'm glad youre okay. i hit black ice and you can't do anything about it. hey if you want a new infiniti just let me know i'll get you a nice new one w/ the new car scent!

Well your not the only one! I crashed my G Coupe yesterday after the car infront of me locked up his brakes I taged his rear bumper. In the shop now with a $5,000 price tag on it.

Sorry you crashed your car. The important thing is that you are ok. I have worked in body shops for the past 15 years and from the looks of the pics, it looks fixable to me, but not sure about how much the side curtains will add to the repair.

Don't worry about feeling safe in your car again. The repair methods used today are state-of-the-art. The methods of panel replacement used today have been crashed tested by the insurance industry-- and have performed just like new cars. Just make sure a reputable body shop does the repairs. Ask to take a tour of the shop and make sure they have computerized frame equipment and heated downdraft booths.

Hope everything works out for you.

doesnt necesarily have to be 75% of the cars value. Each state has different rules for totalling a car

new york state i believe is 70% is the cut off for debating to fix it or not.
