Engine won't crank! ( Please Move Me to Engine, Drivetrain and FI)

I was driving through a gas station and one of the gasstation tank caps (the big red ones on the ground) hit the underside of my car even though I was only going 5mph and it bent my plastic cover and I don't know if anything else, so anyways I checked to see if there were any leaks or anything, and there are none... so I start driving to go eat and my SLIP light comes on and the Navigation system states "WARNING: VEHICLE DYNAMICS CONTROL PLEASE TAKE CAR TO THE NEAREST INFINITI DEALERSHIP" ok so I park and turn the car off, try to turn it back on and the engine won't crank... anyone know what the problem could be? The car got hit towards the front underneath and as far as I can tell there was no damage to any actual parts but just the plastic cover...

Please help... also my local dealership is closed so I can't take it there til monday and the Roadside Assitance wouldn't even send a tow truck cuz they don't have one available... AUGH!

Only thing that I can think of is that when you hit the red cover it contorted the plastic undercarriage protector and that must have it a sensor or something. Or maybe's it's still pressing on something and needs to be bent back. I say take it somewhere so can get a better look at the under carriage then Disconnect the battery for a minute...press the break and then re connect the battery! This used to work for my Lexus GS300 (2 Gen). Just my $0.02

Well I tried the ECU reset thing that didn't do anything, also the problem is I can't take it anywhere because it won't start! I am having it taken to the Dealership tomorrow morning, I already got my loaner car early this morning because I was going to have it in for the Recall (Fuel hose), Grease marks on windows TSB, rattling mirror TSB, rattling rear pasel shelf and both left and right pillars, grinding gears and also rattling transmission, and my rear seats won't fold down... so I was going to drop off my car today but now it won't start so I picked up the loaner and am getting it towed to Infiniti of Tacoma in Fife, WA to see whats up w/ the car not starting... I don't understand what in that area would keep it from even cranking the engine, all I hear is a click like when the battery or alternator are dead, but the battery was perfectly fine, lights come on bright, car locks/unlocks, windows roll down, music comes on... its not the battery.... maybe I should try jump-starting it? What do you guys think? Do we seriously not have anymore input??

Also, the SLIP and VDC OFF lights didn't come on until about 30 minutes after I hit the bump and there were absolutely no other warning lights on, so I turned the car off and immediately tried turning it back on and it wouldn't crank... I don't understand how a sensor would keep the engine from cranking... wouldn't it just make the CEL come on?
