ok i looked buti couldnt find stock horsepower for couple 6MT

ok i looked buti couldnt find stock horsepower for couple 6MT

what is the stock horsepower at the wheels for a coupe 6MT. i know they say 300 at dealers and such but that is at the crank right? what is the percentage lost. like 20%?

15% I dyno'd my 06 mt coupe and came up with 246rwhp, so I did pretty good. BTW I got the 15% number from Doug over at Crawford.

Heh. Actually, that's an 18% loss. I typically use:

16-18% for manual
20-23% for auto
RWD adds 1%
AWD adds 5%

I believe 15% is too low... maybe on some cars, but not what I've typically seen.

I looked back and found he says 17%. My mistake.
