Can you really get an Air Fuel Ratio or are the redundant when they say AF to mean the already listed Air FLOW voltage?

It is a OBD-II based device, so it should give you a standard fuel ratio. I have a G35X, so I am interested in the 4WD ratio that might not be a standard OBD-II protocol.

Having AF makes it worth every dime if it means AIR-FUEL and not air flow. That alone makes tuning without a dyno for a utec possible. Maybe??
