so pissed today! with import trenz(JR)

heres wat happen about 3 weeks ago.
i called and spoke to JR about ordering a full bodykit (greddy front /w kentstyle). before i order ive asked him if do they have it stock or not.
he said IF they dont have it in stock they will make it.(he did not answer my question if he have in stock or not).and then he asked me for my CC # address ect.i gave him.because i thought he have them in stock.so we hangup and i call my bodyshop,and my body guy told me he need the kit within 1 week.so i call JR back within 5mind ask him again about if they have the bodykit that i want in stock or not.and finally he answer me he said they r not in stock they need 1 week to make and 1 week to ship.so i ask JR to cancel my order cause i cant wait 2 weeks.and now the problem is"he said i have to pay a 20% cancelation fee"
i was little ****,cause he didnt even charge me in my credit YET and i am sure he didnt even take any process of my order yet!and they did not have the bodykit in stock.i told him i cant wait 2 weeks or more.i need by 7days. and we talked and then he came u with a IDEA.
he said he is going to take someone else's ordered bodykit and give me to first,and he said i have to pay 20% more.i answered "NO,why would i need to pay 20% more with same stuff?,and i just dont wanna order the bodykit anymore.he said ok.then we hang up phone.
BIG PROBLEM,today i got a 1,125.00 balance on my CC bill!!~!~
"i did not get any kit from JR and my CC has been charged"
i am so fuking **** and i have to do so much fuking things now...
wat can i do now guys ? today is saturday they r closed,i have to wait till monday call import trenz about this.

Get some legal advice to see if there's anything they can help you out with and call your credit card company and have then cancel that charge...Then you and him can fight it in court. You will win because there's nothing that was ordered. He can't provide proff that its ordered. Also, he nevere disclosed a 20% restocking fee....

aparently my car is out of the SHOP NOW!going to take some pic after some nice detailing....those of who might not know...the car is custom painted evo9 blue /w greddy front and kentstyle.
..damn i think i should take this to court its just pissing me off so bad

I would deal with CC company directly and dispute that charge. No reason getting frustrated again with JR again. Wish you lucks, and do show ur car asap.

This is what you tell the CC: Your didn't get a answer for delivery at time of ordering and canceled, the order with in 5 minutes of talking to the company: The CC will remove the charges to you account. Yes you are going to get paper work to fill out, from the CC, asking for a statement from you.

Forget about going to Court. Time and money is not worth it.

he should sue to get his money back he told the guy he didnt want to order the body kit the guy said OK and hung up thats it done it shouldve stopped there but the guy charged him anyway so he should sue for the money back plus sue to compensate for the time it took away from him to have the car done lol try and milk some extra money out of this

wahaha..nah guess im not that evil to sue them yet...
just called JR and spoke to him,he said he is going to send me back a check soon.i guess nothing to worry about now.thanks to klumzyee for the help A++

Yeah Dave...do what Al said...the credit card company can stop all that...just tell them that you cancelled this order within minutes after placing it ...and your card was charged without your approval..they will have you fill out a form...and send it in..and it will get knocked out that easy..........

F- all these guys jerking enthusiasts over BS....
