It's kinda hard to tell from the angles of your pics.. but it seems to me like your 285 tire is still stretched out like a 275 tire would be on a 10.5" rear. Dave Gcoupe05 has 285/35/19 Toyos and his sidewall doesn't look as stretched as those BF G's. I drive Dave's car here and there so I know how it is.. his rear tires will rub his fender too only if he goes through crazy NYC bumps and potholes. You must've been driving pretty fast to get those burns??? Definitely roll your fenders. If you have 285's in the back, you're gonna have to roll them if you lower your car.. if your ride is stock height normally you shouldn't have to but in your case I think your stock springs are more settled than others and that's why you're rubbing every time you go over a big bump on the road.

ahhh dosa!! DOSA!!lol! it rubs when i make a slight hard turn!! i was like...WTF!? o.O the damage..lol..from driving brooklyn to flushing and driving it back! thats like 20-30miles drive?.... it just fuked up my tires just like that man...wat should i do? roll/cut fender ~get a spc rear camber kit,and watelse needed?
im going to take some better pic tomorrow...

I suggest you get your fender rolled first and see if u still have the problem.. if you do then get a camber kit? I'm putting my 350Z h-techs on soon and might put in my camber kit too. I have 275's though.
Most likely your problem will be solved by rolling your fenders.
