its good to have an assistant D.A. in the squad its good that he can help resolve the issue legally btw greg my license got suspended for a ticket i actually paid but apparently never made it to albany, thats why i was so shocked about it. so from now on its payments in person lol no more sending checks in the mail lol

 

NOPE...seller says he handled it...the buyer says still got ripped off

Just so everyone is aware...Paypal could give two fukks about you if you get scammed like Mai here. The best bet in dealing with a situation like this is to send PERSONAL CHECKS ONLY!!!!!

Your bank can track the money trail on something like your own check. Paypal is only convenient when the seller SENDS YOUR GOODS. If they do not, then you are S.O.L. Fortunately, this is a felony grand larceny with wire fraud, so Mai is getting a lot of cooperation from his local PD and agencies that are needed to track Ortiz down. And its only a matter of days.

 

I'm glad to see the squad sticks together on issues like this. If this happened to me I would want everyone behind me too. Great job guys!! Hope you catch the guy!

The crap is that he was a G-Squad member...and it wasnt a he said she said kind of thing like we've had in the past....this was like almost a blatant smack in the face

Jason aka SweetNlow was a New member meaning he had been to 3 G-Squad events. We know who he is...and he seemed cool.

This is part of the reason why we have a process to our membership and you cant just hop right in...we like to at least kind of get to know how you are and how you represent yourself and this club...I guess we missed this one...cause he seemed like a cool person.

but I guess not....turned out to be a real A-hole....well THANKS Greg aka Balzac72 for getting in on this and doing what he could... G-Squad is about more than just meets...and if you dont represent yourself correctly or act like a A-hole and jerk people out of their dough...the dedicated Squad members who can do something obviously will....No one should have to worry about some BS like getting money taken for rims off an enthusiast forum...thats str8 up crack head stuff
....if you are going to steal at least get rich from it

a little over $1000 ...psss thats like dope fiend, drug habit type stealin and from someone who is trusting you for a product...it just stinks all around!
