wow... wreckless driving. the cop who ran a stop sign without his lights on, who wasn't in an emergency, hit a mini van and killed 2 girls in the process, down in camden county, only got careless driving. go figure. good luck fighting the tickets.

google david mirsky. he helped me with two speeding tickets. 85 over 55 (or whatever they have on the LIE) and 87 over 55(or whatever they have on the LIE). he also took care of a ticket for passing the HOV lane. It was suppose to be 14 pts and fine. I ended up paying 800 for his services and 200 in fines, but I didn't get any points taken off. gl

I think in situations like bad weather (rain, sleet, snow), holidays (which cops are usually in full effect on the roads) not to mention a lot of people are traveling with their families..you gotta bee really road conscious. I personally would not be driving 96 in a 55 to begin with let alone on a holiday...As for the hydroplane, accidents happen I guess..but summer tires + rain+ low temps = bad traction..
Good luck with the whole process..its gonna be a long one..And also good luck with the repairs...Hopefully this doesn't completely spoil your Thanksgiving.

but speeding like that in the rain and low temps and you are askin for it...and it seems you got it...but cars can be fixed
like Vin said during holidays you really gotta chill with the fast drivin...there are more people on the road than ever

Sorry bud, that's not "bad luck" thats what we call STUPID DRIVING.
Next time, drive a little saner and make sure when you drive like an ***, there's no one else in your car or near you on the road. And you definitely need an attorney with the misdemeanor you're facing.
