I do not have an answer for your question, but why not just do it yourself It bolts right up.

I don't want to hijack the thread so...If you have jack stands and the right tools it isn't too bad to do it yourself.

If not, I would just call a bunch of local garages....the price can vary so do your research.

If it's aplug and play exhaust just take it to Meineke to install.
I took my HKS to them and all they charged me was $65

Thats the place that does a whole buncha rx7 tuning right? I've heard good things about them regarding the rx7.

yea i've never had an rx-7 but i used to hang around the shop alot, cool down to earth guys. some pretty fast cars too, one rx7 ran 10.1
