Cool thats what we need...to make somewhat accurate poll count

BTW:....the only reason I didnt count positive replies as far as the poll goes is because there would be a flood of votes and comments.....and I figured the negative is just as good of a measuring tool due to the less than 100% great time anyone has at any dealership.

The good comments will also be counted up when all this is over...hopefully more people will vote!

PLEASE KEEP THEM COMING!!

HAS ANYONE EVER EVEN BEEN TO INFINITI OF MANHATTAN??
Yeah they gave me a Lambo Gallardo for a loaner when I had to leave my car there

I went to Atlantic Infiniti on Saturday and they let me test drive a 03 g35 while it was snowing but after the snow cleared I wanted to test drive the 05 then they started bitching and said it was too wet and that they weren't doing any more test drives.

Also the waiting times for test drives was really long, in my opinion, the best one probably is the one in the city, due to the fact that no complaints, but that also could be that not many people went there. I had waited half an house before someone came to help me and there were only 2 other people in the dealership besides me. I'm pretty sure that if the snow didnt stop them before than why would it stop them after it had stopped?

Do you own a G -yet?....cause its more about the service g35 owners have gotten..

granted they maybe should serve you better as a walk-in client....but this isnt really about that

Tell you the truth I brought in my car to Atlantic infiniti once to get my parking lights checked because they stopped working and to a screw put in. It took me the whole entire day, I wa there at 9 am and i didnt get out till 4 pm and they wanted to charge me something around 450.00 i looked at the chick and laughed my *** off and told her to unfix my car and let me get the f%*k up outta here till she dropped the price like 70%. F-ing rip offs... I need someone to install some really nice foglights and to change my belts and to go over some squeaks inside thecar anyone has somebody.

I will never service my car @ Atlantic again. They voided my brake warrenty b/c I had aftermarket wheels. I spoke to the manager about this & it's all stemming from a fellow squad member having his wheels damaged while being serviced. The manager told me to swap the oem wheels back on & go to another dealership to have my brakes serviced. That was totally unacceptable & I'm glad they did it b/c Da Mayor as always takes care of his fellow members @ Infiniti of Massapequa.

Even though i already posted a comment, id like to say that i voted for infiniti of Massapequa. However, going over this thread, i think it was bad i did this, because i may not have read it right, or done it too quick. I wanted to vote for them as a GOOD dealer, NOT bad! Even though i still think Kenny has bankers hours! ha

LYNNES Infiniti may easily be the worst.

I bought a used 2003 G35 sedan 3 weeks back and went to Lynnes to get a transmission flush done after getting quotes from all dealers in north NJ. Ramsey infiniti quoted 285+ tax which was highest and Ray Catena in Edison was lowest at 150.

Lyness quoted 165+ tax so I went there.

They took the car in and than told me that your car has a broken dipstick to check transmission oil and it has fallen in the pipe where dip sticks sits. Then they told me to open the pipe up and remove the stick and as the car was already there I didn't have much option. However I had read the factory service manual and knew that some cars didn't have a dipstick at all to check ATF as they wanted only dealers to fill up Nissan J-fluid which is a must as per manual but I was not sure mine was one of them.

I told the service manager that my car never had dipstick but he insisted that it cannot be possible. Finally they told me they didn't find anything and charged me $77 for labor and $22 for new dipstick. They never opened anything as the pipe cannot be opened based on some infiniti tech who told me that. They kept me waiting for 4 hours in all just so they can charge me for labor.

I came home verified that my vehicle didn't have dipstick based on factory manual and opened a complaint with infiniti corporate who is meadiating to get me the refund.

This is my first ever experience with Infiniti dealership and I wouldn't have gone there if the special tool to check ATF was not required along with the nissan fluid.

I have been in this country for more than 6 years and never stepped in dealership as I hate them so much. I don't even buy a used car from them. I got mine from a private party and the previous car is a galant with 150K on it and its never been to dealer as well.

well
WHO SUCKS AZZ, did you dirty, just is generally WACK! - Or could have without a doubt just had better customer service. - AND PLEASE DONT BE PETTY IN YOUR VOTING- like "oh they didnt call me back at 3PM like they said they would" kind of stuff.

We are trying to honestly figure out and who basically is the best dealer to go to according to the actual owners that have been there and have personal experience with them.

We will try to keep it fair to the dealers in the right that this thread and opinions will not be actually posted on www.TheGSquad.org but more like a 1-5 rating on them. or percent of votes.
It would be nice to get at least 50-100 votes on this.

So basically people who are unhappy and may want to look elsewhere for purchasing or service, parts service etc....can look at what other actual owners think is the best possible place to go.

I've listed the popular dealers that I know we mostly go to...if I missed one ...please let me know...

OK...please post your poll - BASED ON ACTUAL PERSONAL EXPERIENCE PLEASE!!!!!!!!
on who is NOT GOOD for all around Service and customer Service and who you would NOT recommend- AND YES YOU CAN PICK MORE THAN ONE - AND PLEASE BE HONEST
