ALL AREA G35's Owners opinions needed

G-Squad may be posting up on our website...(as per GSC vote) a section to try and help G35 owners old and new and Inifniti owners in general for that matter in some info on [B]Dealer experiences...in vehicle service and customer service .basically all of your opinions on
well
WHO SUCKS AZZ, did you dirty, just is generally WACK! - Or could have without a doubt just had better customer service. - AND PLEASE DONT BE PETTY IN YOUR VOTING- like "oh they didnt call me back at 3PM like they said they would" kind of stuff.

We are trying to honestly figure out and who basically is the best dealer to go to according to the actual owners that have been there and have personal experience with them.

We will try to keep it fair to the dealers in the right that this thread and opinions will not be actually posted on www.TheGSquad.org but more like a 1-5 rating on them. or percent of votes.
It would be nice to get at least 50-100 votes on this.

So basically people who are unhappy and may want to look elsewhere for purchasing or service, parts service etc....can look at what other actual owners think is the best possible place to go.

I've listed the popular dealers that I know we mostly go to...if I missed one ...please let me know...

OK...please post your poll - BASED ON ACTUAL PERSONAL EXPERIENCE PLEASE!!!!!!!!
on who is NOT GOOD for all around Service and customer Service and who you would NOT recommend- AND YES YOU CAN PICK MORE THAN ONE - AND PLEASE BE HONEST

i would have to open this up by saying atlantic infiniti to me is the worst.. from personal xperience.

1. they dont have loaners for customers that didnt purchase there infiniti from them.( that right there made me feel like im not a part of there dealership but yet i own an infiniti .)

2. They dont call u when and if they order parts for ur car..... I waited over a week after the part was in there stock and find out myself cause i called and called...

thanx for listening...lol

I'll have to say Lynnes just because when I try to call in for service they always tell me to go the next week. That's just not cool! Why not a day after or even 2-3days???

Atlantic Infiniti is the worst. I took my car a year ago for an alignment. The service writer tells me I bent a control arm and if I give him $400 under the table will warrranty the part.

I can't help out too much here cause I live upstate. The only Infiniti dealer I go to is Ramsey Infiniti in Jersey. Never had a problem.

Well i am not a G Squad member(should get info on how to be), but i have recently been to Infiniti of Massapequa. They handled everything for me, with no issues at all. They did take a couple days, but i didnt care, i had a loaner and they were checking everything on my car under warranty. I got a loaner with no questions. Brought my car in the am, was out in 10 minutes with the loaner. Brought it back, they cleaned the inside(moved my seat! , but i am ok with that, just impossible to find the right spot ) Other than that, the only complaint i had was when i asked for Kenny, the guy said he was not in yet, and when i came back in, the guy said he had left already. He must have some bankers hours going there! haha...but overall, VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH INFINITI OF MASSAPEQUA!

I got my G from Millenium Infiniti in Manhasset, everyone there is pretty cool, Service is slow moving at times but if youre persistent youll be in and out...my only complaint is the way people are treated in the sales department, But then again just about everyone is stuck up in that area. I dont blame em.

I bought my G35 from Ray Catina in Edison, NJ. The buying experience was good enough.
I have only been back once about a engine pinging problem. They would not perform any maintenance because I have a spacer.
It's still pinging
