no ... i didnt buy my g from infiniti either... those ****ers at atlantic infiniti didnt wanna bring down the price so i got mine in boston for 5gs less... and a nice looooong ride home...

 

its ok every dealer has a full history if the car has been serviced at any infiniti dealer and also when and where the car was sold from day one.

the poll looks like a lot of people service at massapequa but I never heard of any bad reputation from anyone. they know to take care of g squad members obviously or else they are going to hear it

 

I haven't had to go to dealerships to much, but when I went for the recall, I went to Atlantic and they did give me a loaner car, and I didn't buy my car from them. I get my oil changes at a Nissan dealership to save some cash.

 

Alantic infiniti is where i purchased my car,so i have been going to them from the get go.I really don't like that they never call you back when they get your items in stock.You really have to call and call to get any present information.

FUking ALANTIC INFINITI! ....i had ONLY small crack on the highlight and my hid were burn might be water leak on the passenger side headlamp .they replaced it for about 700! i said ok...i waited 3 hours at alantic infiniti.
after they done call me sign some papers.when i walk out to get my car..i turn back to the seriver manager and ask for my broken highlamp back.he said NO,YOU CANNOT HAVE IT BACK,IF U WANT IT BACK U HAVE TO PAY ABOUT 200 MORE@? i was like WTF? AND I DIDNT KNOW MUCH AND LEFT!....
recco was in front of us listening too he didnt say anything....SO FUKED UP ALTANTIC probbly WARRENTY MY HEADLAMP FOR FREE! *** Os ..btw wtf is the big dude's service manager's name?...no wait *** HIM I DONT EVENT WANNA KNOW..thinking about this pissing me off so MUCH...sorry guys...had to EXPRESS myself man..im still pissed.

EDIT: i went to KINGS one time, to get some service done..after its done i went back and tryed to pick up my car...the parking guys said my car is out i was WTF WHO TOOK IT?then some infiniti worker came back with my car, i asked him why the hell u in my car and where did u go? he was like..,.ohh i just finish ur car and test drive if theres any "new problem"... i stair at him like i wanted to punch his jaws out. ...
PS:I NEVER HAD A REAL GOOD TIME AT ANY DEALER

 

we are doing this to maybe give other people a idea of maybe who may be the best possible choice...at least G35 opinion wise....while no one dealership I think will ever please everyone...it'll probably be at least a helpful tool

Come on Kenny dont think its rigged man or somehow people dont know what they are clicking on...the thread is Quite clear... come on...it is very possible even your dealership has assed out a couple of times...jees man...you dont know every last person thats been there...
I mean I had a fine time there and many others have no doubt...but you advocating for it aint gonna change the vote count...
no dealership is going to get 100% satisfaction...

I mean I'll say this - I think thus far Infiniti of manhatten doesnt have "I wouldnt recommend them" votes because none of those that voted have been there yet...but this thread will sit here for a while...and let it rack up votes...and we'll see what happens..

Yea I believe every dealership has it's share of f*kups. I mean no one's 100%. I won't discredit that Massappequa has done good by me soo far..The only instance where I had an issue is when they wouldn't relube my clicking axle under warranty and then I took to another dealer and it was covered...That's my only beef, otherwise my cars dont come back with any unexpected scratches, they call if things need to be changed and a loaner is always available along with the fact that their service times are flexible..I hope this continues as I'm somewhat at ease taking my cars there.

I never said it was rigged I'm open to hear feedback negative or positive. we already know how our service department and others rate through infiniti`s internal rate but all the bad stories will only help a company grow (most companies). vin PM me I still got in my office your free oil change slip

 

Sorry to say that even though Atlantic has alot of bad reviews, I have never recieved bad service from them.

The time I went to Massapequa was cool too and that was even before I knew Kenny so I can vouche for their service as well.

 

WHOA...and Josh puts one up for ATLANTIC!!!!....no doubt man ...see thats honesty....even though they are killin it for the trash bag rating....

Josh went out and kept it real...he vouched for them...cause for him it has been all good thus far....

Cool thats what we need...to make somewhat accurate poll count


BTW:....the only reason I didnt count positive replies as far as the poll goes is because there would be a flood of votes and comments.....and I figured the negative is just as good of a measuring tool due to the less than 100% great time anyone has at any dealership.

The good comments will also be counted up when all this is over...hopefully more people will vote!
