G-squad Rolls -saturday May 3,2008 (acurazine Meet)long Island
Okay GSquad, as per the G35driver invite we will be attending this event. It'll be a good chance to see different cars and hopefully the weather will be good. The original post is copied below however we will be meeting at Cunningham Park first and rolling out from there to Hecksher State Park. Break out that G Squad tee and wash the whip..its time to roll.
Once we get an idea as to who is going, we will also need to put together food assignments...
WHEN: Saturday MAY,3 2008
TIME: 12PM. We will be meeting at Cunningham Park at 11:45 AM and rolling out at 12PM to this meet.

Acurazine Invites G35driver To 2nd Annual Long Island Bbq Meet!!!!

Ok folks, the poll showed that most people would rather have a nice outdoors BBQ. So we will be holding our 2nd Annual LI BBQ at Hecksher State Park on Long Island
May 3rd 2008 **Rain Date Sun May 4th or Saturday May 10th**

Make sure you bring your camera! Its a very scenic park, you'll get some nice photos
Let's get list going of who will be in attendance, and what they want to bring for the BBQ. I will be bringing the Grill & Charcoal, Cheese & some Burgers. Below is a list of things we will need. It would be good if more than one person brings some of their choice, in case another party cant make it. If there is something thats not on the list that you would like to bring, go ahead! (corn on the cob, chicken, sausauge, whatever)
) Burgers
) Hot Dogs
) Hamburger Buns
) Hot Dog Buns
) Cheese
) Soda
) Chips or Pretezels or whatever
) Plastic Cups
) Paper plates
) Napkins
) Ketchup / Mustard (big bottle)
) Beer (NO GLASS BOTTLES !!!)
) Ice!! (Locals should bring this so it doesnt melt)
So, i'll get this list started. We expect a big turn out, so if everybody brings a small item it will contribute to a great BBQ.

I don't want to ruin your thread but, are you sure you guys dont want to attend the charity event in Maryland on May 4th? A G-Squad member off of G35Frenzy messaged me and asked if we could all roll down together. What do you guys think?
The charity event is definitely respectable and for a great cause. Anyone who wants to roll out should. Unfortunately we've planned for this event already and Maryland is a 3-4 hour drive which is definitely a ways out compared to this event. However anyone who wants to roll out definitely should as its for a good cause. The best we can do is try to make the next one I guess.
