My M malfunctioned on the highway

So I'm driving down the highway and traffic is pretty moderate. I'm cruising at around 2500 to 3000 RPM's, I was driving probably around 60mph. I'm noticing these VERY subtle jumps of acceleration, then it stops and I put it in the back of my thoughts thinking it was that "drive-by-wire" Bullsh!t. While I'm driving i noticed the cars are speeding up a little. I decide to do the same, however when I accelerated, nothing happens, just continues to roll. My Service Engine Soon light comes on, VDC off light comes on, and SLIP light comes on. At this point I'm nervous, a car can easily come hit me because I'm all the way in the left lane and I have no acceleration power to get over to the shoulder. So I throw the hazards on and let the car slowly stop. Now all of my lights on the dash are on. At this point I just turned off the car and started it again and everything was fine except my Service Engine Soon light is still on. I was driving with my entire family in the car and thank god everything was ok and we arrived home safe. But even though we arrived safely I would not want this to happen again. Can somebody please tell me what just happened?

It could be same issue the G's have with all the lights lighting up the dash. Or it could be something like a dirty throttle body..

Right before HIN..makes me nervous to drive now lol

Sounds like limp mode almost. That happened to my G. I had to just unhook the battery for a couple minutes and that fixed it.

I hope the dealership doesnt try and jerk you and say it has to do with your mods.

got the car back. Thank god they didn't give me hell about the mods (but plenty of admirers). They replaced the throttle body so hopefully this wont happen again.
