I assume that being that I am from NY and own a G coupe and try to attend meets and provide feedback on these forums makse me down with G-Squad.

However, the G Squad logo has not yet fared well with my tastes. The Infiniti logo background seems to clash with the words.

The moniker "G-Squad" has a very miltary feel to it.
I love the sound of it but and would like to see the logo rehashed in some military stencil like fonts or something. The Infiniti logo in the background should be on its own somewhere and not so big in the background (it makes the words hard to read). Everyone knows the G is an Infiniti. It says so across the back of the trunk lid.

Hopefully I havent offended anyone. This just my creative input. Fell free to comment, curse me out, whatever. See you guys Sept. 19.

I have been trying to get Vance to TWEAK the logo for awhile. But the he's a busy man!!! It's all good. We'll get there eventually! There is a thread on the logo design somewhere!

 

I used to be pretty decent with photoshop a few years back. I'll try and see what I can do on my day off next week.

being from NY and owning a G does not make you down with G. Squad.

Attending "meets" is one thing but attending a G.Squad meet I dont think you have. You need at least 2 under your belt and/or contribute in some way to the promotion of the Squad and the family vibe we have.

Its not just about owning a G and being from NY...its more so if you part of the whole Family vibe we started...?
Everyone is welcome to the meets but not everyone is a G.Squad member, but the numbers are growing fast as you can see from the site.

The name: Military?? I dont feel that, has been pushed all summer and has recognition already ..to change it now would be a step backwards.
Squad meaning one unit, togetherness and tight...
One of the Squad calls a meet, the Squad answers(even if its same night), The Squad rolls...You roll (unless U REALLY cant)
one in the Squad needs help or assistance someone in the Squad answers..
The Squad throws a meet ..the rest of the Squad promotes, online and to G's on the street....all this has been established and executed at one time or another during the Squad's conception (May 22nd) AND growth over the course of this summer....
its not just a name, logo, posting online and being from NY,
we have people in that arent from NY
NY is the birth place of it and homebase really

The logo: I happen to like...hence I created it but edited it to the majority of G.Squad member's liking and took a poll on it in a previous post before it was finalized as a first draft.

Deisel1 (my boy and all but...lol) was and still is one of the "not quite finished yet" votes
however the majority liked it and for now...unless someone comes up with something hotter, that the rest of the Squad likes....that logo lives on....as you see it in signatures now and its recognized..

But if you wanna take a crack at it be my guest, Better is Better and I'm all for that...
it would be one step towards being in G.Squad ...but ya still gotta show ya face at the meets...thats where it counts

I am curious to see what you come up with though ...with the logo...so please do so....

Anyway Vance what's up with the logo on this new signature, im going to try and put it on like 10 or more different pictures and switch off every week haha, could you put it on this one and send me the logo exaclty from your signature? Why don't we use this thread as a working post for new ideas of a G.Squad logo?? For those with photoshop, just be creative and post some ideas of what you think "could" be a new logo's as well...? We can go from there...

I think it'll be interesting to see what the collective group of people can come up with...

I'm not G Squad but I'll put my 2 cents in

I don't see anything wrong with the logo , it's nice compact and has what is needed the infiniti symbol and the big G which represents the G Squad you got a transparent background which can be inserted into any picture without messing it up and the glare off the symbol is hot. but that's just my opinnion a better logo it can be but so can the New York Rangers logo why haven't they changed it in ummm forever

I agree with Angelssin316 .
the logo is simple and it translates into a sticker better...
it has the translucent effect to it and sits in the sig pics well...not intrusive..

but better is better....so feel free to post ideas...but it seems like NON- G squad members are coming up with stuff....LOL
where are the Squad's ideas?....LOL

How about We'll get some idea's up and then take a G.Squad vote on it.....just keep in mind vynil stickers will have to be created from them....
