Hey, as an Assistant District Attorney, I've seen MUCH LESS physical contact equal an assault. However, why bang the guy up? He's just doing his job and making sure someone doesn't mess with his livelihood. I'm sure others have tried in the past. My suggestion is to talk to him, get him to pay all repairs and drop any hint of an assault charge or criminal charge. That's all we would do anyway. Maybe the guy would MAYBE get a disorderly conduct with an ACOD would would mean nothing.

Its a man and his livelihood, just get the damage fixed and go on your merry way!

I dont think this second "key" is actually a key scratch. Its hard to tell. its deep but not really deep. It can be worked out. I am leaning more towards that someone was walking by car with something and it scratched the car..It's just the way the scratch is angled and stuff. It doesnt seem intentional.

The craziest ex-girl of mine is happily married to a car salesman and living in Florida now. So that eliminates her from my list of suspects. My current girlfriend is a lil crazy too. But she has way too much to do to be busy chasing me around to key my car. I dont think its her. I think its just random hatred for someone who has something that someone else wants and cant obtain so this someone else dislikes anyone who has it just for the dumb fact that he doesnt have it.

I know real men dont key cars. Most men out there are not real. LOL.

Well, I am calm now. I was furious yesterday. So furious I forgot to call my Mom to wish her a happy birthday (shame on me).


LOL. Yesterday I was so furious I called up the trucking company Penske and they told me until I get the paperwork they cant take any action. I inquired about what actions they would take and they said that they would make sure he never drove their trucks again. I dont really want to take food off his plate or off his kids plates if he has any.

The dude did humble himself after he saw what he had done to my car. I guess I can forgive him. In the heat of things I didnt get his name or number. The officer told me everything would be on the paperwork given to me by NYPD on wednesday. So hopefully maybe if his number or info in the report tomorrow I will try to contact him and try to work things out without going through insurance.
