The G Squad Community
G.SQUAD was started in the NYC and Long Island Area, hence the logo "New York G Squad". The "New York" in the name pays tribute to where the group started. Since its beginning May 22, 2004, G.Squad has since spread its membership throughout other parts of the NE region. There are over 40 actual members of G.Squad and the event attendance reaches well over 50 plus Infiniti G35's for most large events.
We are an organized group of G35 owners who get together in our love for the car and our fellow G35 owners. Our group supports each other and helps one another as a unit in all we try to accomplish. We hold large and small car/owner meeting events in the NY and surrounding areas. Some meets have a theme for the car that day (ie...Washing, Driving, Photo Shoots, BBQ'ing, Do-it-Yourself's aka DIY and also INDoor events.. etc). We hold raffles in which attendees can win prizes from cash, free dealer oil changes to performance parts. Whether you own a coupe or a sedan, we invite ALL G35 OWNERS to come out and enjoy our events and see what we do in person!!
The G Squad has several sponsors from an Infiniti Dealership in the NY area, high end detailing shop to local performance parts retailers, all of whom we support and promote to our fullest as is the G Squad way.
We are always looking to expand by having members who love the car and also want to be a part of a positive group we are growing. We'd like to recruit members that are enthusiastic about being a part of something, a love for the G35 who want to and are able to come out and support G.Squad during our events and on the forums.
If you would like to join the G.Squad and come out and experience one of our events, large or small please goto www.gsquad.org and submit an online application which will start you on the road to membership which is:
Your presence at least 3 G.Squad events is required for new membership (including a presence on the web whenever possible, communicating with members and representation of your membership ALWAYS on the websites and a seriousness about membership)
After meeting these requirements and 6 events you qualify for official membership ID.
With this ID, you will be priviledged to receive discounts from G.Squad's sponsors via a G.Squad ID card...that our sponsors will request to receive these discounts and also be part of the group and have a great time with all of our members.
You can also go to www.thegsquad.org and view videos & hundreds of pictures of the 12 events we've done this past year (2004) since May.
We have also recently begun to accept people from the 350Z community also. Any of our 350Z members are also priviledged to all the benefits of G.Squad membership too and are also welcomed to ALL events that we do.
Come on out and join us at one of our events.
