Next time I'll give you a holler, or better yet, maybe post an "unofficial gathering" for anyone who is interested in going out for a "last moment cruise". This was really unplanned. I was bored, went out for some errands with the intention of taking some pics, and before I knew it, I found myself on some great twisties...

Whoever that mysterious person with that DG Coupe needs to step up and setup and non-crowded meet to get those Islanders OFF that little Island!!

We just gotta find a nice meeting spot where there aren't TONS of lights/stoppage, and I have to agree with that Palisades Interstate Parkway/Bear Mountain route... nice roads.

Speed, I was in NBA BBall playoff frenzy with all the games on Sunday... but we gotta map out a nice cruise. (maybe this coming weekend if the weather is nice...?)

Pick a date (not sure about this coming weekend though LOL) and I'm there. The road on the east side from the Rt. 9 connector to Rt. 202 up the mountain and down to the bridge is f**ing unbelievable. I got lucky enough cause there was no one in front of me. FDC off - check, Radar on - check, Sunroof is open - check, Stereo is on (not too loud - got to hear the exhaust) - check, downshift to 3rd. - check, and pedal to the metal!

That uphill ride was out of this world!

I then proceeded to cross the bridge, entered the Bear Mt. State Park and started the climb on yet another twisty to the final location (last picture with the awesome view).

We definitely need to work out a course for this.

.... and then wtf? SPEED's ol' lady woke his sorry a$$ up. Prey tel Speed, how did this dream end
