It takes a lot out of ya, so when you guys come out, its kind of my "time away" and I thank you all for that! In time, as the local market picks up, and my employees become more independant, I'll be able to step aside, but for the time being I'm stuck here. The hours suck, but the over-all "bottom line" makes it worth the time.
