Who Needs Their Wheels Fixed?

Coupin827 and I are working on a mini-meet "group buy" by a mobile wheel repair guy who can fix bent wheels, curb rash etc. More often then not the tire doesn't have to be removed, but the bead may have to be broken in order to repair it. I believe simply filling the tire up with air will re-seat the tire on the wheel. If we get multiple peeps, the cost will go down. I am usure if he can fix chrome (I highly doubt it). I have some gouges on the polished portion and Coupin has a bad rash (damn STD's) JK JK....

Anyway, who would be interested. Just trying to think of the right place. Who can host a few G's at their crib? LOL

Lemme know who is interested.

Their website is www.mobilewheelrepair.com (I think) so check it out and post up if you are interested. Supposedly the hours are dusk-dawn Mon-Sat!
Estimated cost to repair some curb rash is 80-100!

Wow you got the link right this time.

And the rash isn't that bad, and I have medicine for it, lol.

I'm going to be the guinea pig for this, SO if my rim comes out worse, I'll take donations for a new one here on driver.

My rear rims needs some TLC... damn curb!

...and you wonder why I park like a foot away from the curb at minimum!

I'd want to see the guinea pigs rims first before he fixes (or damages) the rim.... Thanks John! haha

We'd rather not be responsible for someone else's rims. You could contact the company through the website and see if they will accept it directly. Try this once we have all the details worked out and tell them your with the group getting their rims fixed.

That's what we can offer for now.

Their website has "dealers" or repair trucks nationwide and apparently offer franchises too. That's my only concern with the whole thing but I guess each individual repair guys will be different. No way to know without testing. Can't really make it look worse so John gets to be the tester!

Now we just need a place to accommodate a few g's for a day! Since each wheel take about an hour, it will probably be an all day affair!
