do we have an estimate of the #s from each club (or total) that plan to show up?

Yes, you can look at the first thread, right now it is 17 NGC, 13 NYGS and 8 PAGS that have confirmed. I am still tracking down from NY & PA G Squad.

WE NEED GRILLS!

We have 2 grills already, but it would be much better to have 4 minimum with the amount of people that will be there. Please let me know if you can bring a gas grill. (NO CHARCOAL)

Balsac72 is holding the gsquad gas grill which was used at the Alley Pond meet in June.

That's the one that was working that day

Since March (when we opened up), I've been working from 10:30am to 1am durring the week, and till at least 2am durring the weekends, 7 days a week. It takes me anywhere from an hour to an hour and half to get from my house to the store, and I commute back and fourth (LI to CT) EVERY DAY! In all those days, and all that time, I've been able to take off two evenings (not even a full days). One was for DESMO Tuesdays (Ducati meet) at the Ear Inn in NYC and the second was our Hooter meet out on LI. So I think it's safe to say I deserve the WHOLE day off!
