WTF! I hate dealing with people!!!!!

You know what, this is the reason why I left the forums in the first place....

Out of the 50+ items I've sold RIGHT here through this very FORUM, this 1 thing, my used Basslink goes missing and once again, the whole DucatiGuy's ripping me off is back.... This REALLY SUCKS!!!!!!!

https://g35driver.com/forums/g35-coupe-v35-2003-07/67432-hey-g35coupe-re-basslink.html

I'm NEVER selling a god damn thing again on a forum!!!!!!!!!!!!!

.... Guy - I read your link post. Stop obsessing. You're doing the right thing. Since FedX bought Kinko's & are trying to convert some employees to FedX Service Center standards - quality has gone to hell. I use them daily & know what I'm talking about. FedX service centers ONLY.

Since you're already working it out, I'll shut up now.

You know John, if you have a fedex account, just setup a username and password on their website, then you can ship things by using that, print out the label, and it automatically keeps track of all your shipments. I use it for work everyday, and it is great! I don't have to worry about having the tracking slip when it is in their system. Also, it keeps an address book, so if you send to the same person a few times or regularly, then you can store their info. Very simple!

Don't even sweat it... **** like this happens all the time.

I'd just go and make sure the package was shipped or find where it is... if not, then just refund the dude's money. I got ticked off from his post yesterday bashing ya and backed ya up.. (Neil went and deleted it... cause I used some "explicit" language... haha)

From the tone of the ****... I wouldn't even go and buy a new basslink just to make him happy!! Just refund that ****... he doesn't deserve your respect. We know you, and who you are... and some ****er from Cali shouldn't be allowed to get on your nerves...

Hope all goes well.

I agree 100%, we all know you're good people. Don't let this guy get to you. It would be a disservice to these forums if you left again, especially for 1 guy who grew impatient and whined like a baby.

Have to say John has to be one of the most honest and nice guys out there. I would and can vouch for his character.
Please with the scratch he makes I HIGHLY DOUBT he would do anything wrong.
Accidents happens and places like that lose crap all the time! They lost my other set of pedals!

John. you did the right thing and crap happens. Don't sweat it.

What they said!

Don't sweat, I can also vouch that you can almost hold all your liquor down except for when you go sleepless for a week and drink to many different types of alcohol. But at least you made it to the bathroom the first few times! All but one made it to the throne and the one that didn't at least made it to the garbage can......unlike someone else....cough....BOOOOOOOODA cough

Yea... Booda couldn't even make it to pray to the Porcelein God on Sunday... He started semi-yacking while in the Taxi cab ride back. (from what I remember). I just remember getting (ok, stumbling) out of the taxi, the taxi cab driver getting out all pissed to see the damage... and that it was all good but he looked PISSED!! haha

We did lose Ducatiguy for a good 30min while waiting in the lobby while he was praying... lol

Come on now Drew, that was a low blow.

Besides, I cleaned it all up.

Now J, wait a second now . . . I did pay one visit to the porcelain Deity . . . in the MIXX. Unfortunately the bouncer caught me while I was recycling some jager and decided he wanted me to exit promptly. I convinced him otherwise and we were all good. That is until I sat down in the VIP section. This is when I discovered the Velvet Deity.

Then all bets were off

Ahh the Taxi. Have you met the Vinyl Deity?

As for that taxi driver . . . he settled down after I promptly used my shirt to clean the little bit of spittle I deposited on the door. I would have offered a full wash for the taxi, but I don't think he had that kind of time on his hands and jersey has some kind of water ordinances against that sort of thing

Dont know how i stumbled on this tread, i guess i just got bored, but word of advice if you dont mine me giving some.

Call fedex, and request there preprinted shipping labels, we use these when its too busy to sit at the computer and input the customers information. Basically what you'll get is a roll of preprinted and prepayed tracking numbers attacted to your account. All you do is slap the label on the box, use an address sheet or however you want to attach the address to the package and then just drop it off. Saddly it seems that kinko's is dropping the ball, this is just one way to get around them f'ing up.. good luck!

James

And while I'm posting . . .

In my limited interaction with DUC (all of about two times), I must say that he has exhibited nothing but hospitality, kindness, and willingness to help at any cost to himself. It didn't take long to see that the man is a class act.

The first time I met the guy was when he hosted a charity meet at his establishment in connecticut. DUC supplied a location, food, drink, etc. all in the name of charity.

I really didn't think this even needed to be said as DUC has exhibited this behavior to just about everyone around on countless occasions.

'nuff said.

Besides, he put up with some drunken' rambling from me at the mixx, lol.

I can't see where he has an issue. Stuff happens, especially when you buy off a forum. You explained the delay in getting back to him and stated you would buy a new Basslink if you had to but wanted time to figure out what happened. Wish all sellers were like that.
