Foremost, I'm sorry for being in MIA. If you'll notice I've been out of the loop the past week (not on the forum or online much) because I was busy working a few rides includding mine for HIN in AC this past weekend. From body kits, to custom paint and wirring projects, I've had my hands tied.

I sent your Basslink out the Friday of the week you paid me, via my local FedEx store (being a Papa Johns Pizza franchisee, we have an account with them). When you informed me you had not recieved it, I called them and asked what happen and they said everything they had from me had been out and nothing is around, so I figured you'll get them any day there after, but it seems that never happen, and I'm glad you brought it to my attention. Another note, this place has misplaced other stuff I have shipped prior (my Stillen front lip I sold here on the forum) so its no shocker....

I gave you my cell number, as well as my store number, which in response to your query, I live in NY but work in CT, so that should clear up any questions why my numbers have two different area codes.

I'm doing my best to locate your package, and quite frankly believe it to be an error on part of the shipping drop off locafion (Kinkos) than actually a problem through FedEx. I have a feeling they simply never shipped it and are passing the buck.

First thing tomorrow I'm going to head down to Kinko's and see what's up. If they can't find my (your) package, I will hold to my promise and still get you a Basslink, even if it means having to buy a new one for you. Whatever the cost, at whatever expense! I run my business by offering nothing but the best in customer service and I stand behind it with everything I do and sell. I'm not going to cop out and just give you a refund, you will get a NEW BASSLINK if I cant locate my original and thats a promise!

The whole grill thing was a SCAM! I was being played BIG TIME by various people who were trying to basically rip me off of my services and to think you pulled that old post out from the wood works, well that doesnt say much for you on your part, but whatever....

I've personally put in countless hours, most of it FREE OF CHARGE to help other fellow forum members out. Whether it be with their rides or simply questions, so to think I would go to this extent to try and rip some one off a hundred and change bucks, is simply stupid! I work 15 to 16+ hour a days, 7 days a week, and bank a pretty penny for myself. Trying to scam someone out of a few bucks, is not something that's worth my time.

Mistakes happen, people get blamed, but in the end, if you can walk away a happy customer, thats all that matters and with that I'll say it again, if I can't find what happen to your Basslink, I'll purchase you a new one. The extra money I loose doesnt mean anything to me. As long as you're happy, all is well in my book. I get a kick out of seeing people happy and enjoying their rides. Don't believe me? Just ask any of the many G-Squad members I'm friends with in and around the NY tri-state area I have met or have worked with.

So, all I can say is that I have NOT run off on ya, I'm still here and I will make good on my end, but please understand, sometimes things happen that are just out of my hands, and I'll do my best and then some to make them right again. Now that this is a PUBLIC MATTER, I'll just post all updates here...

Fedex/UPS lose packages all the time,
no biggie, hope you had insurance on those ;D

Don't you have a fedex tracking number?

Yes and no, I use them almost every other day for various stuff, packages, copies, promotional items (Papa Johns and Kinko's / FedEx have a business partner relationship), and most of the time I'll drop off loads off stuff at once,without even picking up a tracking slip. It's never been an issue for me, as they're right around the corner from me, so if I have a problem, I head over and see what's up. The combination of not hanving much time on my hands, the whole HIN event in AC, pretty much has hampered my ability to look into this. It could be the package is just sitting around someone where in the store, mislabeled, or something, but thats what I need to find out. I wont stand for a "we dont have your package sir" response... That's BS!

Once again, I gave G35Coupe my store number, we're open till midnight EST, so he's welcome to call me.

We run an online store here,
we ship about 400-600 packages a day.

About 97% will be delivered without any problems,
but the 3% was enough to give us big headaches.

Just so you know...without insurance....
$100 is all you will prolly get...

and the chance of them finding your lost package?
so far..it only happened twice.

Even if you didn't have insurance FedEx is liable for $100. I know it won't cover the entire cost, but you will get some money back.

The $$$ is no big deal for me. I could care less! I will make good on this venture any way I can, even if I have to BUY him a new basslink. Makes no difference to me. What I am a little ticked off is the fact that he dug up a totally unrelated issues, which by the way was a TOTAL SCAM, and tried to blast me in a post that was over what 1 - 2 years old.... THAT WAS NOT COOL!

I waited 2 MONTHS!!!!! for a set of cam shafts I bought from a fellow foum member, but you dont see one post about me bitching about it.

It's 10:30pm and still NO call from G35Coupe to my store by the way. He has the time to write more stuff about me on the forum, but I guess no time to call me and talk to me.....

I work at a Fedex/kinkos and i can tell you that Sh*t happens. We hold on to the packages till the driver comes and picks them up, only once a day. Once he takes them anything can happen. We have had customers call and say that the package was lost so this does happen.
I do know Jon "ducatiguy" and he has helped out a lot of the G squad guys. I also spent a weekend with him at H.I.N and i can say that i don't think he would try to rip anyone off.

I can vouch for Ducatiguy and that he is by no means trying to scam your ***!! You posting up in BOLD on the Gsquad forums for his ****ING birthday thread yesterday just was NOT COOL!!! This shows a LOT about YOUR character.

I know for a fact he's been swamped because he's been helping me out with my new bodykit, install, as well as working on working on 4 or 5 other people's projects the past 2 weeks... this on TOP of his 7 days/week, 12+ hour days!! While working on my car till 1am... He's even telling me that he hopes the package got out to you... feeling all bad cause HE DID in FACT send it out thru FEDEX.

He's NOT scamming you!! Diggin up those old threads where people were trying to scam him, and bring it back up... that's just not cool when you don't know the whole story.

Seeing your negative posts about him when it's completely out of his hands.... that again, is just ****ing wacked!! I wouldn't even go thru the trouble of buying you a new basslink just to make you happy if I were him (but knowing him, he'd probably do that cause he's a standup guy).

Ducatiguy... refund this guys money if you can trace that ****... and let's get back to the fun things in life. No need to add drama and deal with crap over a $300 Basslink ($150 steal btw for whatever the **** this guy is getting it for!).

ALL YOU HAD TO DO IS SEND A PM that the freaking package is lost and we could have worked something out.

Once again as I posted in the other thread it is not the $150... it's the principle that the guy disappears and doesn't respond to many messages etc...

Dude don't buy another one just to send to me. We can easily work something out since now you are around.

Anyways people the SHOW is over case closed.

And for others who just come around talk sh** whether in this thread or others.... READ and UNDERSTAND everything before you post next time.

You go online, on the most visited forum (Coupe forum), dig out some old BS (which I knew was BS even back then), re-post it, bring it back to life, and now you asking WHY YOU WEREN'T CONTACTED PRIVATELY VIA PM ?!?!?!
