Sorry to chime in with a "non-helping post"

But I could not get over the sentence about "5 of your friends who have totalled their G's"

I dont even know 5 G owners that have totalled their G's(accidents yes but totalled no) and much less for them to be personal friends of mine.

I mean is it a bad luck thing? or where they just driving crazy?

Cause DAMN!

but On a semi helpful note...try to PM "blackbuzzard", he totalled his G this spring maybe he can tell you where they "buried" it.

Just so you know also, that rear quarter panel doesn't just "come off". It is welded to the the car, so it's going to be a lot of work to get that replaced. Might want to look into just fixing it.

Good luck.

Just to make note, why are you looking for a rear panel b/c there is no way in hell you can do it yourself without some serious body and welding skills! The rear panels are not "pieced" and can not be removed. To repair rear panels that are damaged beyond repair, the section has to be cut away and the new panel needs to be cut exactly to size!

Take it to a body shop! Unless they really f'd up the rear, it can probably be fixed.

Junk Yards will probably not have the rear quarters listed as a piece for teh above reasons. You'll have to search for a complete car and ask if the fender u need is good.

My suggestion is find a good body shop. You can try the place I go to in Queens. They switched owners, but they still do good work. Hit me up on IM if you want the info. They are right on Atlantic Ave in Ozone Park.
