Engine Guard FELL OFF

Engine Guard FELL OFF

well not totally its hanging...the one day i decide to take the g out after a month in hybernation this happens on the cross island parkway...anyways the point of this post is i was wondering if anyone knew of a place where the can do a custom aluminum engine guard instead of getting the cheap plastic from infiniti...thanks in advance for any help posted

I believe its the one that is held onto the bumper by about 12 10MM bolts then goes back under the engine with an access hole for oil changes.

yea and it has those s-clips that connect the engine guard to the bumper with a screw going through it

If your guy can make a metal one, he would sell em like hot cakes one here! He can use ur G for a template and your Z for template to make 2 versions! I see them selling fast as can be if the price would be around 3-400.

theres a place in brooklyn that my friends told me about they say its volkswagon approved meaning alot of vdubs go there to get their custom engine guard. the price they get is $200 for the skid plate. i dont trust that place mainly b/c i havnt seen the work yet, and i cant rely on a vdub approved place for a g35.

ps - i was also thinking maybe get inscriptions and logos on the engine guard...like laser eched in similar to my nismo exhaust

That is already made for them I think. remeber the one Paul had hangin in the shop? That was for a VW I think.

nah that was for a suburu...this place does a custom plate for them. i search around on the web and pretty much all pre-made engine guards are made for suburus, trucks, and any off-roading vechicles.
