Actually, if you go to some high end car forums (Porsche, BMW, etc), you'll see that it's *very* common for members to put their cars up for sale in the classifieds. There are plenty of lurkers looking for a certain color combo and a well-maintained, enthusiast-owned car instead of one owned by some bimbo that put 87 gas in it and let the gas station guys wash it. I'm surprised the cars for sale section on driver isn't that popular. Maybe the car is too common and there are plenty of Gs on the market to choose from.
