Sorry to say it but I think you're asking for way too much... I bought my 03 6MT fully loaded w/ 21k miles a year ago for 26900... mods don't add to the value of the car, your best bet would be to part out those mods and sell the car stock...

But all in all good luck with the sale!

Part it out and sell it stock. You'll be lucky to get low $20's for it stock.
