2003 6sp Nav modded to the hilt!

Well its time to sell the G. Ive lost intrest and Im changing hobbies. I have about 80k invested in this car with labor. Car has 23k miles on it. Driven 200 miles after TT was added. Runs GREAT but will need to be tunned to get the most power.
Mods are,
Exterior:
Custom Kenstyle front bumper to fit intercooler
Custom Kenstyle rear bumper, not pictured.
INGS skirts
Seibon CF hood, not pictured.
INGS spoiler
Custom vented fenders w/ polished cross bars
Color modded/matched headlights
LED neon under lighting

Engine:
Tein custom painted hood shocks
APS Twin Turbos with custom grind cams
SSV intake manifold, not included. Buyer has the choice to take 700.00 off car or SSV.
Color matched valve covers
Pi-thon clamps and fluid covers
Samco hoses including Vacuum
Polished front motor cover
JWT Clutch/Flywheel
NX Intercooler system with bottle opener and purge
JDM right hand battery cover
Painted battery covers
3in. SVR exhaust. Not installed on car but is included.

Suspension:
Asanti AF=112 20x10 20x8.5 Chrome lip with a black face
Skunk 2 springs
Cross drilled/slotted rotors
Axis dust free pads

Interior:
Custom Gauge consoles
Boost,Oil pres,Water temp,Oil temp gauges
Interior wrapped in Blue Sparco suede
Sparco blue suede shift ****
MOMO Blue suede steering wheel. Not installed but is included
05 pedals
JDM Custom painted main console

Modded NAV Screen
MB Quart 12's mids/highs and Amps
Stinger wiring

Im sure Im missing some stuff. Car has never been entered in a car show. New owner will be the first.
Private party book is 29k on Kbb.com I have about 50k in mods.
