Cool f/s: Super Clean 04 Sedan (Turbo Charged!!!)

I'm selling my 04' G35 Sedan. It has 21k miles on it and it is in Show Car Condition. I love this car but I am getting married soon and it is "Time to move on..." you know the rest....minivan most likely...
The engine puts out (at low boost settings .5bar) about 320bhp and is capable of 410bhp. The interior is mostly stock with the exception of an HKS turbo timer, HKS EVC V, and HKS F-CON VPRO (tuned for street settings). It is fully loaded with navigation, BOSE stereo system (stock). Well...here's the modification list:
Engine:
GT28/71 Garrett Ball Bearing Turbo
BLAST Racing Custom Intercooler Piping
BLAST Racing Custom Downpipe
BLAST Racing Custom Exhaust Manifold
Greddy 3 Row Intercooler
SARD 600cc Injectors
SARD Fuel Pump
SARD Fuel Pressure Regulator
HKS Dual Carbon TI mufflers (fabricated by Evolution Racewerks)
HKS Racing Blow off valve

Suspension:
Tein Lowering Springs
Tanabe bars front and rear

Rollers:
Volk Racing SF Challenge
Dunlop 245/35ZR19(F) Bridgestone 275/35ZR19 (R)

Exterior:
NISMO Factory Front Bumper (MODDED BY D2 TECHNIK)
NISMO Factory Side Skirts
NISMO Factory Rear Bumper
NISMO Factory Wing
NISMO Factory Trunk

Electronics:
HKS F-CON V-Pro
HKS EVC V
HKS Type 0 turbo timer

I'm asking $40,000 for the car as is but I will consider any reasonable offer.
I am willing to work it out . Please contact me for more pics.

Sounds like a bit over planning, are you having triplets? Not even married yet,
not need to get rid of the 4 door sedan if you ask me. After you have a wife, she'll probably want a SUV anyways.

well...actually we already have a 4.8 X5...I really DO hate to see my G go but..."gotta do what I gotta do..." so no more SUVs in my future...just need to get my G a place/owner that will take care of it...really don't wanna part it out or send it to get traded in...and I am willing to work the price out...just need a reasonable offer

How much do you expect to get as trade in? Maybe $22K, why wont you sell it for less cash when you will still end up getting more than a dealer?

Can I see some more pics of the exhaust?

If you part out, I may want to buy that.
