i don't know why people bid and find out they can't come up with the cash. it's a waste of time for everyone. 33.9k was a heck of a deal.

Dear alil92teg,

You recently listed the following auction-style listing:

130110629828 - Infiniti : G35

The listing was removed because it violated the eBay Circumvention of eBay Fees policy. The violation occurred when you included the following information in your listing:

Q: what is the 0 to 60 time? can i beat a c6 corvette, which does 0 to 60 in 4.2? thanks nice car. saw it in fast and the furious 3. or was that another orange g35 on ebay? May-07-07
A: Yeah that was me, well the car runs low 12's in the 1/4 if you had slicks it would be better.

Using systems and techniques to circumvent, or avoid, eBay fees is not permitted. Fee avoidance, or "circumvention," is damaging to the online marketplace, disadvantages sellers who pay their fees, and damages members' trust.

Offering buyers the opportunity to purchase an item or other merchandise outside of eBay is considered a form of fee avoidance.

That does not make any sense at all???

So here we go again here is the new auction

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...m=130111365350

Hope they don't figure out somthing stupid and cancel it again.

Dude this is a F*@*&^ing Joke!!

Sorry e-bay did it again I can't believe it they are a joke, look at there reason why they canceled my listing again.

Dear alil92teg,
You recently listed the following auction-style listing:
130111365350 - Infiniti : G35
The listing was removed because it violated the eBay Inappropriate Links policy. The violation occurred when you included the following information in your listing:

Website: E-MAIL ME FOR THIS

A link is any mechanism that takes a user to another Web site. Links can appear in the form of text, images, logos, or icons. They can be clickable or not.
Sellers can include some types of links in their listing if those links are intended to give potential buyers more detailed information about an item in their listings.
However, listings that describe or link to Web sites offering to trade, sell, or purchase goods or services outside of eBay are not permitted.
For more information on the eBay Inappropriate Links policy, please visit:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------

That doesn't make any damn sense at all, and when I e-mail e-bay I get a F*&^%$ing computer generated response. I even called e-bay headquarters and they said I need to e-mail them. hahahahahha I'm never going to sell this car. I think I might light it on fire and sell that video on e-bay!!!
Anyway here is the new listing.

Good Luck
