Loaded 03 Sedan (tranny problems) $15,000 !!!!

I have a pearl white 5AT sedan with 77k miles. The car recently started slipping in overdrive but is otherwise in great condition. It has Navigation, heated power seats, leather, gold package, spoiler, premium package, 6disk in dash Bose CD, chrome rims... I have all records and just changed the belts, replaced the battery, changed the oil with Motul synthetic...

I owe $15,500 on the car and am going to trade it in on monday and take a loss, so I figured I would see if anyone on the forums had an interest. Before the car started slipping I had planned on selling it for about $17,500.

In order for this to make sense I would need to get about $15,000 because although I will get a bit less on the trad-in I would be able to wrap my negative equity into my next car. (If I sell private party I will have to come up with the rest of the money to pay off the loan).

If anyone thinks they know what is wrong with the car and would like to try and remedy the situation themselves than let me know! If you drive the car in manual mode (in 4th gear) it drives fine but when you put it in 5th or back into drive than it slips...

try getting your trans serviced i do it at my shop its a machine that changes all 12 quarts not just 3 or 4 that might help also add lucas... BTW 15k is way to high with a trans prob and they would give you around 15k on trade if it was perfect
