335 vs G35/37...NO COMPARISON
Alan, I"m not trying to convince anyone of anything. Any reasonable person and even most of the G FAITHFUL know the 335 is the better car, but you know what, it's 15-20% more expensive and therefore should be.
Yes, they are magazine based facts but more importantly, I thoroughly drove the 2 , so it's also REAL WORLD tangible facts that I observed.
I was just responding to a few idiots that bad mouthed the bimmer or refused to accept the truth, or even consider the facts. No biggie. It's certainly been entertaining.

This, coming from a guy who owns a civic!
HILARIOUS!
You probably have one of those Civic's that sound like a MOPED, and your are commenting on G35 and 335 owners? You are out of your league.

Alright, enough. This is just a mess. At this point the thread is just a bunch of name calling and bitching. Most of you know better and the new ones who don't should take a moment and read the forum rules.
We don't take kindly to disrespectful behavior and I think this crossed that line quite a few posts back.
If you want to have a reasonable discussion and act like adults, feel free to start another thread.

One of the things that would keep me from buying a turbo car is the South Texas Heat. Most of the year, it's over 85 and for 4 months it's over 95. You lose a LOT of power due to heat with FI cars. With my n/a G, I get virtually NO loss in power, hot or not. I also don't have to worry about replacing the turbos, when they wear out/burn up. I like the BMW's, They do have a better track suspension than the G. You can't beat the free maint. (even if the oil changes are a bit long) I'll check them out again when we go car shopping.
Good luck with your new car.
Good luck with your new car.
