New Goodyear F1 GS-D3 tires
Zaino'd regularly (wax-like sealant)
No rear spoiler
18" stock wheels, Factory Brembo brakes
Heated seats, garage opener in mirror, steering wheel controls, moonroof
One scratch in clearcoat on rear trunk lid ~2" long, and a few light scratches under drivers door handle
No door dings!

Comes with car:
Z-tube and front and rear splash guards (pre-painted, never installed)

Mods:
JDM battery cover and US-spec battery covers installed, painted Diamond Graphite.
