FS: 05 6MT Black/Black Low Mileage
Well guys, its time to sell the G. I would much rather sell it to a G35Driver member than a random person. I have treated this car like it was my baby and I hope that the next owner will continue to do so. It has been amazing to drive and the only reason I am selling is because we have to many cars in the family. Here are the specs for the car:
2005 6MT G35 Coupe Black on Black with the Sport-Tuned Suspension Package, Premium Package, and rear spoiler. Mileage: 23,000
The car comes with all the mods listed in my signature, most of which were installed around 7,000 – 10,000 miles. (The radar detector will not be sold with the car, although the wiring will remain so you can use it to your advantage). You also get all the stock parts that were removed from the car. It was just serviced about 400 miles ago and had all new rear brakes installed, resurfaced front rotors, and new front pads.
The 19” Infiniti wheels are in perfect condition except for the rear right wheel, which has a small amount of curbing on it. The stock tires were worn and swapped out at about 12,000 miles. They were replaced with 245/35/19 and 275/30/19 Toyo T1-R tires. These tires have about 6,000 miles on them, as I would always swap out the 19” wheels for my winter wheels (17” Infiniti wheels). The winter wheels are included in the sale and are in great condition. The rear tires will need replacing but the fronts have about 40% tread left.
I gave the car regular oil changes using 3,000 or 3,500 mile (or 3 month) intervals. I switched from the oil Infiniti uses to Mobil 1 Fully Synthetic at 7,000 miles on the odometer and have continued the 3,000 to 3,500 mile intervals. I know this seems wasteful, but I am a firm believer in having clean oil all the time. The oil changes were all performed at either Infiniti or Nissan dealerships and I have the receipts for 90% of them.
I waxed the car regularly (about every 3 months), but despite my best efforts, there are still some small scratches due to inconsiderate people. There are a couple of small scratches on the driver’s side of the rear bumper, and some on the drivers side quarter panel. I could not avoid this, as all the damage was done while the car was parked and I was not near it.
This car was always garaged and was only driven about twice a month during the 06-07 winter, as I was away. It was also only driven part time during this last winter.
The car still has about 27,000 miles of warranty left, and the warranty is in effect until May of 2010.
Considering all of the above, I am asking for REASONABLE offers on the car. The KBB value is about 23,000 and that is not considering all the extras that come with the car, so please offer appropriately.
Again, I am extremely sad to see the G go, it has been a great car to own and has presented me with next to no problems at all. I am also sad to be leaving the G35Driver community as everybody on this site has been extremely helpful throughout my ownership of the car.
