2nd Owner (first owner is a close family friend)
Factory maintained, have most if not all the factory records
Clean Interior (seats look near new was driven by the former owners son who racked up the miles driving down to school from south OC to LA)
Car still runs excellent
Tires are nearly brand new

JDM Window Visors will be included ( Not installed Brand new in box)
All parts replaced with factory nissan parts including new brakes, suspension etc.
If you know these motors you'll know how durable they are. (dual link timing chains, internal waterpumps)

Rear window switch doesn't work (can be controlled by the driver)
CD stuck in the CD player
