FS: 2005 G35 Sedan 6MT
2005 G35 Sedan 6MT
Hey guys I got into an accident, and the car was claimed total loss. I am going to sell the car as is, for someone who wants to fix it or use as a parts car. Car has 74,XXX on the chassis and less than 5,000 on the long block replaced by Infiniti. Car also has a competition stage 2 clutch with 5,000 miles. Car will need new radiator support, front bumper, and an alignment to get going. Rear bumper is scratched but that can be fixed. Interior is in great condition, and the exterior has minor scratches around. The car starts, and engine/tranny were not damaged. If I dont get any offers within 2 weeks, Im selling it to the body shop. Price is $6,000 OBO. Car is located in El Monte. Feel free to contact me to see the car. (626)537-0541 Text for quickest response.
EDIT: No Frame Damage and No Airbags Deployed!!
Thank you,
Eric

SOLD?
I went to view this vehicle yesterday (1/04) and met up with 626GthirtyFive to purchase this vehicle. Apparently I was the first to view the car.
I made an offer for an amount in which he quickly agreed on. I asked him to hang out a second while I run to the bank. He said okay.
Before I went, I asked about the pink slip, he told me his mom had it and she was at work. I offered to leave a deposit for half until he can get the pink.
I spoke to his mother over the phone and she told me NOT to give her son any money because he was too young to have that much in his pocket. I stated my concerns to both the son and mother that I'm afraid if I do not leave a deposit they would back out of the deal or get offers from other people.
They both reassured me that they would sell the car to me. We made arrangements to meet back at 9am today (1/05) to do the exchange of funds and pink slip.
I receive a text from 626Gthirtyfive at 11:30pm saying his mom decided to keep the car and repair it. Needless to say I was very upset.
Now seeing this post stating "SOLD" upsets me more as I'm sure he received a better offer, and doesn't want to man up to his promise.

Lol actually, if you want the real story, a close friend of mine actually bought the car. He was in real need of a car and friends come first. I do feel bad for not keeping a promise but I rather choose a friend over a stranger. If it makes you feel better, he bought it for the same price. I'm sure you would have done the same thing.

If a friend bought the car, then a friend bought the car. There's no need for lies. In addition to that, if you continued to agree to sell the car after promising me, then you should have at least gave me the opportunity to counteroffer. If I offered more than your friend, then as a friend he should have understood that money talks.
