psedog: In terms of CARB legality, I dont know what that is. I will research it and get back to you

EDIT: yes the car is CARB legal. It is basically stock, and passes all emissions tests. The exhaust is only cat-back, and the cats are fully operational. Ill get back to you about shipping out of the U.S. if no one here picks it up in the coming days.
