WTB: Blue G35 w/CD009 manual with low miles

Blue G35 w/CD009 manual with low miles
I had an 05 G35 as my first manual car and I really enjoyed it. I was planning on keeping it forever but then I ran over a pipe that fell off of a truck on the freeway and it was totaled by insurance. Ever since then I've wanted to get another one and the time might finally be right. However, I ONLY want it in the perfect spec. Please don't offer me anything different.
Non negotiable requirements:
1. Clean title
2. No rust
3. CD009 manual transmission. I had an 05 with the cd00a and at 100k it was already grinding on 4-3 downshifts and upshifts into 5.
3. Black or grey interior. NO TAN.
4. Lakeshore Slate, Blue Slate, Athens blue, or Twilight Blue. I'm honestly not sure which blue came on which year/body style though. I would consider a really clean Ivory Pearl (white) or Black Obsidian, but blue is by far my preferred color.
5. Under 100,000 miles
Preferences:
1. I don't mind tasteful mods, I would even consider a supercharged car with a verifiable build list from a reputable performance shop. But no POS cars with GTR duraflex bumpers lol.
2. Near Philadelphia. I would travel for the right car, but you would have to be willing to get a local pre-purchase inspection (at my cost of course).

Just to reiterate as I made pretty clear in my original post. If I can't find one in a spec that I want then I'll just buy another platform.
