FS: 03 G35 Coupe - 6 SPD NAV BREMBO CARRIBEAN BLUE LOADED, ALL OPTIONS, BEST MODS...
dude you wont even get 25k for your 03 man.
With every option and Excellent condition which is basically MINT its Excellent
$27,630
You gotta part out those mods and sell it separate, no one will pay 31k

Well, I get a different value when I run the report, might be due to location. Again, don't buy it if you don't like the price. A car is worth whatever value a buyer is willing to place on it. What is an "unfair" price to you may be a great deal to someone else who wants the same car, or the same mods, etc.
Bottom line, I've sold many many cars to people who were extremely happy with what they got, and all the while I had to listen to the annoying rhetoric of the "you'll never get that price" crowd.

Its certainly your right to ask what you want for your car, but nobody around here is going to think you are seriously interesting in actually SELLING your ar until you drop the price.
And I disagree with both you and Raheel on the value of mods. I've been shopping for a G/Z for some time and my conclusion is that the return on investment for mods is typically right around 20% -- if you spend 6K on mods, you will probably get ~$1200 more than stock when you sell.
And the bumper?? That's NOT a mod -- that's a vanity fix, which you can't call a mod w/o insulting the buyers that you are trying to court -- probably a good idea to remove that from your "mods" list and just list it in your text as a selling point (it shows that you care alot about the condition of your G).
Nice car -- nice mods. Good luck with your sale.
You make some good points, and there is nothing that says I'm not flexible in my price! I have to start at a logical price point, which I admit I've had to adjust a few times, but I feel like where I'm starting is not at a point that is ripping anyone off! From what KBB prices the car in my area, and with your idea of a 20% return on mods, I feel like I'm at a very fair price. Again, nothing says I'm unmoveable on my price, and I'll admit I started off my sale with an over-estimation of what the car was worth. But I still feel that with the condition of the car, what's been put into it mod wise, and not to mention all the costs associated with mods such as installation, tuning, alignments, etc. I think this is a fair price range.

I know from personal experience that this approach works very well. I'm in the market (long term) for an Isuzu Vehicross in Foxfire Red, and there were only ~210 made in that color. Edmunds is like 11K, but dealers are regularly commanding 15-18K depending upon condition.
Good luck!
