Missing Splash Guard or Read Valence?

Was just washing the G and I noticed that I'm missing a body part. The passenger side splash guard or maybe it's part of the aero kit, not 100% sure. Bought my G used about 2 months ago and never even noticed it wasn't there. When I bought my G I thought I was pretty careful about checking the car out first. I thought for a min that maybe it was stolen or fell off, but I don't see any screw holes in the rear bumper where it would attach. Funny thing is, did the previous owner just have it on one side of the car?? Anyway, I totally feel like a tard now...lol!

Am I missing a splash guard or part of the aero kit? Any idea how much to replace?

I was wondering if the splash guards on everythingg35.com were the same ones from the factory, or if they're aftermarket replicas?

They're OEM factory parts.
