SES after oil change?

ok guys i need some help....i just got my oil change today and put in valvoline synthetic like i always do...i also got this package they have where they clean the fuel injectors, intake system, and something else (i cant really remember)..anyway everything was fine and then all of a sudden i started my car and the SES light was on...i had taken it on a spirited drive just before..about an hour later i turned it back on and theres the light...ok so i did the ecu reset and the light is gone...but ive noticed that the car is idling at a slightly higher rpm...it used to hover around 400 now its at like 800...anyone know what i should do..im gonna take it to autozone tomorrow and have them check with the ecu diagnostic...but im not sure if anything will come up since there is no SES light anymore...help!!

they probably put something in your car that caused it to have an allergic reaction!

400rpm is way too low

800rpm is way too high

in any case, they ****ed something up. If they were "cleaning the intake" (which sounds like they just raped you for $$$$) I'd wager something to do witht he MAF.

thanks for the help guys...i did the whole relearn procedure (throttle open and closed and idle air volume)...and i think everything is fine now...i found out from another post that when you clean the throttle body it usually throws a code stating "high rpm"...and thats exactly what i was experiencing...but i did all the resets and stuff and its idling at around 650...which im assuming is correct??..anyways thanks!
