How to determine value for my certified coupe & other advice
I hope this is appropriate, I'm planning to offer it for sale locally but don't know what to ask or where to advertise. I'm not opposed to advertising on ebay or autotrader but don't really want to mess with shipping. My timeframe is 2months. I want to sell it while it still has a large part of its value & warranty, and me and my wife have a long highway commute so the miles add up quick.
I won't give all details at the risk of this sounding like an ad, but it is an 03 AT coupe premium spoiler, etc. 57k highway miles & new 60k service and all maintenance up to date including new tires & brakes, etc. Just giving a few details to maybe get some recommendations on which markets it might be in higher demand & how to determine value. It is hard for me to find a value because being Infiniti certified, Edmunds adds a ridiculous amount over retail and I know I can't ask that number. But should I expect an amount higher than private party number for it being certified since that does add 30k miles to the warranty?
Another question, my body shop recommended repainting the whole front bumper because it does have some scratches on the lower part, $250 for that. Would that lower the value or raise it? It is not real noticeable but is the only blemishes that make it look used.
Finally, I know people are willing to travel for a good deal, where is the best market to advertise this car in?
thanks for any ideas.
