Engine fluid question.

Two questions: The power steering fluid container on the left in an 04 coupe, there are two markings, cold min and cold max which one should the fluid be at? Also which line should the brake fluid be at?

What is your mileage on your vehicle? These two fluids typically don't wear away quickly. You should not add fluid to the brake reservoir at any point during mid-life of your brakes. Meaning that as your brake pads wear away the cylinder is pushed out further to make contact. As this happens more fluid is pushed in, leaving less in the reservoir. If you add fluid and then at a later time change your pads the fluid goes back into the reservoir causing overflow.

Now if you change your brakes and notice your fluid is at the min point add to about half-way to 3/4 to max.
