Inside Door Handle Scratched

I purchased a used '04 coupe and the inside handle on the driver's side is scratched. I know it's minor and I can definitely live with it but it bugs me to look at it.

Any recommendations on how to cover it? Is there some kind of touch up paint that matches the "aluminum" colored paint?

that full grip is 21.28$ for replacement part... you'd spend more on trying to cover or buff out scratches than that... here's link:

if you mean on the outside of the door underneath the handle, not the handle itself, i had that. spend some time and take the handles off and it buffs out.

Ive got a small scuff on my passenger door by the door lock/unlock and window button. What can I use? I assme that piece is expensive because of the size.

I need to replace mine too.
Is the handle easy to replace?
I heard you need to remove the whole door panel, is this true?

Mine eventually got scratched as well from my watch rubbing against it too much while I was driving. I just color matched it diamond graphite (the color of my car), had it painted, and put them back in.
