HOLY $HIT!!!
Based on the look inside from the open door and the group of 3 standing at the guardrail, I looks like they walked away. Modern cars are amazingly safe.

Well the three people standing there might be road workers.. Who knows if they walked away.. I guess I will remember that before I decide to race someone.
