I don't think these are lined, they're Nicasil. That would leave the rings only.

I don't think so. I believe these blocks have cast in sleeves. Maybe the sleeves are coated?

I hope so, I don't trust Nicasil plating. I have looked a bit on google with no success. Anyone?

You got me interested also. Took a bit to find, but check this publication by the "American Iron and Steel Institute".

The block has coated steel liners to improve rigidity and reduce friction.
