DANGEROUS:all 4 brakes lock-abs-vdc-slip lights on

i picked it up at 7 pm from my oil change and got about 100 ft on atlantic and all the brakes locked up and the vdc, abs and slip light all came on at once, i was like 1/2 min walk from the dealer but had to get it towed, the manager bruce was real nice since the service dept. closed, got me a loaner right away and said he had never seen such a thing. dam glad it never happened on I-95 or something, imagine trying to stop behind a g35 c that has all 4 brakes lock up! we were all watching the front bumper as it was lifted and lowered from the flatbed and there is like 1 mm gap between the concrete and the bumper, on the way down, he had to put extra wood under the tires to raise the car or it would have scratched the bumper... the funny thing... even though i could have died from someone hitting me from behind...(ok exaggeration.. but possible)... is that the flatbed driver pulled the car up the flatbed and when it came down, it wouldn't roll off, he was lost and confused since it was in neutral...and im telling the guy, man the brakes are locked. so he just dumped it in the middle of the parking lot and the manager said the service will figure it out since no one could push it into a parking stall.

anyone had something like this happen?

Is it just me or has this been a bad week for G's. Maybe it the time of year or some weird voodoo. Man I'm glad that you weren't hurt and I hope that you have good luck with getting the car fixed. You didn't per chance remove the shifter console cover did you? Because if you did it will void your warranty. Or did you do your "own" oil change because Infiniti will probably say that you tampered with your vehicle.

Sorry man, I'm just really frustrated from my recent experience with Infiniti service that I posted here earlier regarding my air bag. I hope everything works out for you so that you can be driving your car again ASAP.

Whoa, that's weird never heard that happen to any car.

BTW, I thought the brakes would lose hydraulic pressure to clamp down on the discs once the engine is turned off…

This happen to me the second week of owning my coupe except the brake lock up. I drove the car to the dealer and the problem turn out to be the brake switch. I believe there is a TSB for it. After the dealer replace switch, no more issue.

well the dealer called this morning, and said that they did the brake switch recall and that they normally dont have to adjust it, but mine is the second G in a thousand that needed adjustment and sorry the tech never drove it after the repair.

should be ready now..

my tires didnt slide.. but im sure i got some brake pad wear, although it was only like 100 ft and then they locked and it went up the tow truck and back down so i guess it cant be much.

as far as flatspots on my tires... i have one with a flatspot causeing a slight noise...which origonally i thought was brakes.. but dealer said they cant do anything.. just go to michelen to take care of it.
