The good ol' clutch chatter. I remember having this problem with my S14 SR20 swap. But it had a stage 2 clutch which was harsh and was normal for having chatter on 1st gear/stop light.
I bet you they slap on too many grease that they got on the clutch surface which will cause failure to the clutch face.
Reason for extra grease is for the release bearing can go longer without having noise( main problem ). Goodluck
BTW try bleeding your clutch line.Its quick and easy and makes your clutch engagement precise if there were any air pockets from the last change out.

damn good luck with the process as it may take a bit. i was thinking of going ahead with the lemon but i know they will end up replacing my tranny...it will only get worse from here on...
